FELCRA Development Experience

The University of Asia and the Pacific is pleased to invite you to a talk by Dato Mustapa Juman, former Director-General of the Federal Land Consolidation and Rehabilitation Authority (FELCRA) in Malaysia. Dato Mustapa will share FELCRA’s lessons of experience especially on centralized management of small holdings. FELCRA was a recipient of four World Bank loans under Dato Mustapa’s watch during 1980-1997.

The talk will be held on February 26, 2013 from 2:00 pm to 4:30 pm at the PLDT Hall, 4/F APEC Bldg, UA&P, Ortigas Center, Pasig City. It would be a good opportunity to learn from FELCRA especially in relation to land consolidation of small farms and centralized management.

There is a request for donation of P1,000 to partially cover Dato Mustapa’s travel costs. Your positive response to our invitation will be highly appreciated.

For more information, you can contact us at 637-0912 to 26 local 247 or email joy.orzales@uap.asia.  Look for Joy or Ann.
